We deliver to addresses in the UK and the EU.

Despatch

We aim to despatch all orders received by 2pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day.

UK delivery options

Standard delivery — Royal Mail 48hr (tracked): free
Express delivery — next day (tracked): £3.99

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland will be sent by UK economy parcel delivery and should be delivered within 2–4 days. Delivery to these regions is £5.99

EU delivery

Royal Mail international post (tracked & signed) 4–7 days: £10.99

Returns

Only products purchased directly from our online store can be returned using the procedure below. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from another website those products must be returned to the original store or website they were purchased from.

General returns

You can return items to us within 28 days of receipt for a refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred) if the item is ‘as new’. We class ‘as new’ condition as unused with all seals intact and packaged as despatched.

Incorrect items

All shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We will raise an investigation and respond as necessary.

Damaged items

If you believe your item is damaged, please contact us within 28 days of purchase with your order number and details of the problem. We will assess the issue immediately, and where necessary, arrange for return of the goods for inspection. If the item is found to be damaged, we will process a refund within 7 days of receipt.

Return delivery costs

You are responsible for the costs of returning an item except in cases when we have sent incorrect goods in error or if an item returned is damaged. We recommend that you return goods using a tracked and signed service such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Always retain proof of postage as we are unable to process refunds if the return items are not received by us.

Exchanges

We are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like to order an alternative product, please return the unsuitable item for a full refund and place a new order on our website for the alternative product you would like. Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned items, after they have been inspected by our returns team.
